As stated in "Supply Flexibility" we are extremely proud of our record of service during a crisis. Ice Storm 98, Barrie Tornado 85, Heat Wave 92 as well as the many severe lightning storms that Ontario Hydro have endured in the past 5 years are just a few examples (all of which we were the prime, if not the only supplier) of where we have risen to the occasion.
